How to know if you are stressed?
Most health problems start from stress. If you find that you can’t stop eating, have gut issues, are not digesting food well, have skin issues, have autoimmune issues, etc- stress may be the reason! Sometimes it can be tricky to know if you are stressed, because you are so used to feeling this way. I hope this helps so that you can identify what may be wrong. Do any of these sound like you?
1. You feel anxious, scattered, bad inside.
2. You are numb, have no feelings, don’t feel stressed at all. You don’t know if you are hungry or not and tend to over eat or under eat.
3. You are on a false high when you are overeating and don’t feel stressed. You may find yourself saying, “I’m not stressed. I live a good life!”
It doesn’t matter how good your life is. You could be living the best life in the world and not be able to fully enjoy it. Also, you could be living in complete chaos and be glowing with happiness and joy. How? Your emotional resilience skills are key.
